Our learning
philosophy
We are data specialists, so our materials are developed from our expertise across the data management spectrum
We can often think if we read a book or attend a one-day course then we will master a new skill or competency, however, being effective in a role is much more than that.
We offer a resource rich learning environment with ongoing access to our training resources. This learning environment exists to support, develop and hone skills, knowledge and experience in Data Management.
We have worked to:
- Start all our training from the point of a common everyday experience
- Introduce concepts slowly, with clear examples and relevant questions
- Fill our courses with exercises underpinned by a consistent case study
- Make the experience engaging, using a variety of media, to energise learning
- Create materials and learning opportunities in a realistic learning time-frame
